Small Steps Explorers is a family travel product business based in Basel, Switzerland, owned and operated by Tory Mallett and Jeff Sinick. We make city scavenger hunt kits for families travelling with young children. You can contact us at hello@smallstepsexplorers.com.

When you place an order or submit a destination request We collect your name, email address, delivery address, and travel details. We use this information solely to fulfil your order, arrange delivery or pickup, and send you order-related communications. We may also collect your child's first name if you request a personalised kit — this is used only to print your product and is deleted once your order is complete.
When you submit feedback We collect your name, written feedback, and any photos you choose to share. If you consented on the feedback form, we may use quotes and photos on our website or social media. We will always honour your preference regarding anonymity.
When you sign up for marketing updates If you explicitly opt in — via a checkbox on our order form, contact form, or newsletter signup — we collect your name and email address to send you occasional updates about new hunts, destinations, and products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
